Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is only available within Germany.
Shipping to German islands is excluded.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
We charge a flat shipping fee of €129 per order for the Master Topdresser.
For other products, the shipping costs are explicitly stated.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 10-14 days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
If you choose self-collection, we will inform you by email when your order is ready and provide details on collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details regarding payment
When paying by SEPA Direct Debit (Core or Business), you authorize us, by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate, to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit collection date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account on the notified date.
When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon shipment of the goods.
