This allows you to loosen the soil, just like the professionals on the golf course, and prepare it optimally for the next lawn season.
This attachment can break up soil compaction, thereby improving soil structure. Lawn roots, soil organisms, and microorganisms receive better access to air and nutrients, waterlogged layers are broken up, and waterlogging is reduced.
Application:
The fork is inserted into the ground with the foot approximately every 10-15 cm, slightly lifted at an angle of 5-15° and pulled out backwards, not lifted.
This maintenance measure does not involve re-sanding, as the holes should remain open. Ideally, this maintenance should be planned as the last measure of the year, after which nature and frost should take over.
Practical tip – Especially after the construction phase, the soil around the house is often heavily compacted by heavy machinery. Whether you're sowing seeds or laying turf, deep loosening before installation creates optimal conditions for a perfect lawn.
