Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery Area

Delivery is available within Germany as well as to Austria and France.

Shipping to German islands is excluded.

Shipping Costs

(including statutory VAT)

Germany

We do not charge shipping costs for goods that can be shipped by parcel.

For bulky goods shipped by freight carrier, we charge shipping costs of €129.

Bulky goods are identified as such in the respective product description.

Austria and France

Shipping costs apply to deliveries to Austria and France. The amount of the shipping costs depends on the type, quantity and combination of the goods ordered.

The applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 4–7 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).

For deliveries to Austria and France, delivery will take place within 7–10 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).

No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
